When I started on this journey the last of Feb of this year, I weighted 334 lbs, I wore a size 52 pants, I was taking medication for Blood Pressure, Diabetes, and Cholesterol issues.
My blood pressure would run high, around 130/95, my A1C in December of last year was 7.5, my Blood Sugar would check in the mornings before I would eat anything would check sometimes 120 or above, and that was with medication.
After working the program for approx. 2 months, I did an update on my labs and the following are the results of that lab.
- Weight: 261 that’s 73 lbs.
- Blood Pressure is running: 120/70
- A1C is at 6.5
- Blood Sugar is running 95 before breakfast, 2 hours after breakfast, 108 and 2 ½ hours after breakfast it is back down to 94.
My medications have been reduced and it is my hope that when I do my labs again in a few months that I will be able to stop most of my current medications.
It is my belief that Dr. Adams is a subject matter expert, he knows what he is talking about and I trust him explicitly. If I can do it, then anyone can.

My name is Pam and I first came into Dr. Adams’ office because I first seen the article in the journal. I had been trying to lose weight in the past. I could lose 5 or 10 pounds and then I would hit a wall. I go to bed tired and wake up tired. I don’t have enough energy to do my daily activities. With summer coming up, I was going to do a lot of canning and gardening, and I wanted to have the energy to do it.
I came into Dr. Adams, I thought I was eating right and I knew how to eat right. Then I had my sensitivity test done and I realized a lot of the food I was sensitive to I was actually eating all the time. That was working against me. When I learned how to eat what I needed to eat and avoid what I didn’t need to eat, I lost almost 25 pounds. I am very tickled, I got a bunch of energy. I feel good and I sleep all night. I am just thankful I found Dr. Adams.
